About Lynne Olius

As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Transform Coaching & Consulting, Inc., Lynne is a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team. She is dedicated to serving individuals and establishments in achieving their goals and over exceed their boundless potentials. Lynne has a background in psychology and a Masters in social work. She strongly believes in the power of the mind for achieving a leadership mindset. Lynne has developed several leadership empowerment programs that has impressed upon countless lives of youth, men and women and has altered the trajectory of many organizations.

Amongst these programs is two of her most popular and sought after curriculums. One of which is the L.E.A.D. Life Campaign, challenging individuals to stretch and grow in the areas of leadership, developing a success mindset, confidence building and committing to intentional principals for a transformational life.

Lynne’s The Call to Lead program, inspires congregational leaders to lead abundantly, without fear, pride and with a spirit of servanthood. Directing leaders towards a Christ-like leadership experience. This dynamic program reinforces the key principals of what it takes to be a great leader. Its engaging and encourages progress in all areas of the congregation.

Individual Coaching– One on one confidential and private coaching
One on one professional coaching’s maximum objective is to help you focus on your purpose, clarify your vision and goals by working through personalized and specific coaching programs that meet your needs. Together, we create a strategic, transformational plan for you to gain clarity through a weekly process that implements communication and accountability.

Couples/ Relationship Coaching– A couples private and confidential coaching onsite or via teleconference
A partnership is formed with an individual or a couple towards a present and personalized goal. Here the coach and clients assesses the current situation and adjust their habits to shape their preferred outcomes. Unlike therapy, couples coaching is goal oriented and focused on the present-day. It is about helping couples build a stronger, respectful, intimate, and dynamic relationship. In this setting the focus is on being intentional in the relationship journey, using communication and accountability as a tool for the couple to achieve maximum growth and desired results.

Group Coaching– Small onsite group setting, via webinar or teleconference
The strong bond that is formed within the group, empowers each person to grow the leader within in a safe environment that encourages the group as a whole. Having the full input of the group, expands the richness of the discussions and the outcomes develops solutions that are beyond what any individual can produce.
